Question: What utilities are included with rent?
Answer:
All utilities are included with rent except for electricity. Free WiFi is available in common areas and personal WiFi is available through Xfinity at additional costs.

Question: What are the requirements to lease an apartment?
Answer: We do not discriminate against residents or prospective residents based on race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, or age. Capital View Apartments does, however, require favorable credit, an unblemished criminal and previous housing background check and a monthly income 2.5 times the monthly rent. Question: How much are security deposits?
Answer: Security deposits start at $500. Unlike the application fee, the security deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you the month after you move out less any costs associated with damages, cleaning, or unpaid rent.

Question: What parking options are available?
Answer: We have ample parking with two surface lots and street parking available at no cost. Heated underground parking is $100/month per stall (limit one per unit).

Question: Can I pay my rent online?
Answer: Absolutely! We want to make it as convenient as possible for you when you pay your rent.

Question: Do you offer furnished apartments?
Answer: Yes, we currently offer furnished apartments for one and two bedrooms. Call our leasing office for more information regarding availability and pricing.
